This is the beginning of an exciting journey in your career. This section is designed to help prepare you for your new beginning as an Associate of West Cancer Center.

- Please contact your Recruitment team for assistance during this process.
- All new and returning Associates are required to attend Orientation.
- Your Recruitment team will contact you with the dates and times of orientation once your paperwork and pre-employment activities are complete.
- Complete the required reading and assessment shown below. These requirements help us to comply with accreditation requirements.
Even though your employment at West Cancer Center doesn’t officially start until Orientation, there are some things you need to do before your first day of work. The resources in this section will help you prepare.
